Day in the Life

Our goal is to help you experience stability, so you feel good about returning to your everyday life. We encourage overnight and weekend off-campus passes to stay with friends and relatives. This helps you build your confidence and support in the community as you are reintegrating back into your desired living situation when preparing to discharge.

As a client in this program, you will work with a case manager throughout your stay. You’ll also:

  • Attend daily group sessions and weekly individual appointments
  • Participate in occupational therapy
  • Build important life skills, such as conflict resolution and safety management
  • Care for medical conditions that might have gone untreated during a crisis
  • Help others in our community and build relationships with those around you
  • Get help with finding stable housing at the end of your stay, if needed
