Outpatient care includes in-person visits at one of our four locations in San Jose or Mountain View. Services can include everything from mental health assessments and psychiatric care to therapy, counseling, medication management, and referrals to supported housing and employment services for current clients.

Clients will review their mental health history with an experienced team member to determine customized treatment options that are right for their situation.
