Benefits Overview

We offer a competitive benefits package for employees working at least 30 hours a week. Full-time employees scheduled to work 40 hours a week receive a defined contribution of $12,517.96 per year or $481.86 per paycheck (prorated for regular, part-time employees who work at least 30 hours a week). 

Employees can use this defined contribution to purchase the benefits that best suit their needs from our cafeteria-style plan. Any unused contribution amount is paid to employees per paycheck as taxable earnings. 

  • Medical benefits: 4 options from Kaiser, ranging from $0 Deductible Plan with $15 Co-pay to $2,850 Deductible Plan with Health Savings Account (H.S.A.)
  • Dental benefits: 3 options from Guardian: 1 dental HMO and 2 PPOs
  • Vision benefits: 2 options from VSP: a standard vision plan and an enhanced vision plan
  • Section 125 flexible benefit plans for health care and dependent care expenses
  • Optional benefits, including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, voluntary life insurance, commuter benefits, legal plan, identity theft protection, and pet insurance

Additional Benefits

In addition to the cafeteria plan benefits, employees receive:

  • Employee assistance program for them and their families

Differential Pay

Along with a competitive base salary, eligible employees receive differential pay:

  • Bilingual pay: $100/paycheck for threshold languages to serve our monolingual clients
  • Alcohol and Drug Certification Differentials: ranging from $25 to $125 per paycheck depending on the level of certification
  • MHRS differential: 2.5%
  • 5% Overnight or 4% Evening or 4% Weekend Shift Differential for 24/7 programs

Retirement & Paid Time Off 

We offer a retirement plan with a generous employer match starting at 4% after one year of employment, 7% after 10 years, and 9% after 15 years. We offer 21 days of accrued paid time off per year and 12 paid holidays.
