Momentum’s Employment Services program helps clients find a fresh start often, through services like resume writing, mock interviews, job shadowing, communication skills coaching, and ongoing post-placement support. Stable employment helps Momentum clients develop a sense of purpose, social connectedness, and self-confidence. It can also be a key tool on the path to recovery and reduces stigmas around behavioral health in the workplace.
In fiscal year 2022, Employment Services served 168 job seekers, resulting in 82 job placements (an increase of 173% from the previous year).
