adult crisis support

Crisis Services

Momentum’s crisis support services provides a safe environment for individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis to receive treatment, avoid psychiatric hospitalization and stabilize symptoms.

This level of support provides 24-hour care and supervision for individuals who would benefit from a short-term, structured stabilization setting. Momentum’s crisis services are operated through Litteral House and SART (Sub-Acute Residential Treatment).

Services include crisis stabilization, psychosocial assessment, care management, medication management and mobilization of family/significant other support and community resources.

Momentum uses an integrated team of highly qualified professionals to provide clients with individual and group therapy, life skills support, medication evaluation and management and opportunity to practice skills learned.

Individuals are able to learn techniques and skills to reduce their symptoms and increase functional living skills.

Momentum for Health will receive 0.5% of each purchase you make through Amazon!
