How Can You Help?
Your contribution helps us provide treatment and support for individuals with behavioral health conditions as well as their families.
Donations also help us continue our community outreach programs—educating our community about mental health and how to respond to people going through a behavioral health crisis.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps our clients make big changes in their lives. Over the years, we’ve helped thousands of people achieve mental and emotional health, discover and reach their potential, and fully participate in life. With your generous support, we’ll continue to do so.
The Momentum Fund
The Momentum Fund provides vital unrestricted support to our organization, allowing us to innovate, expand our services, and reach more people in need.
By donating to the Momentum Fund, you give us the flexibility to allocate resources where they are needed most.
Every donation helps us build momentum toward a future where mental and emotional wellness is accessible to all. Explore how you can make a difference and join us in creating lasting change.

Qualified Charitable Distribution
Did you know that if you’re at the age where you need to take a required minimum distribution (RMD) from your IRA, you can transfer up to $100,000 directly to a qualified nonprofit like Momentum for Health each year tax-free? By transferring your IRA distribution directly to a qualified nonprofit, it counts as your RMD, and you won’t have to include the distribution as taxable income.
