ABOUT
Voluntary, home-like care provides the stability needed to recover.
Momentum for Health’s Adult Residential Treatment (ART) programs offer a home-like, welcoming environment for clients managing behavioral health conditions who also need temporary housing. Our goal is to provide stability to prepare clients to return to everyday life. We offer opportunities for individual and group counseling and occupational therapy to build important life skills such as conflict resolution and safety management, and to build relationships and support others in our community.

- When your referral is approved, an intake coordinator will schedule an interview and assign you a case manager.
- Most clients stay here for 6-9 months, although some stay up to two years. The initial approval is for 12 months.
