Momentum’s youth and transitional age youth (TAY) health program, To Be Honest, will be hosting a pop-up youth art showcase and sale September 17th through September 19th at the Odd Fellows Lodge in downtown Mountain View.

To Be Honest aims to reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health among youth, TAY and their families in Santa Clara County through education that ultimately normalizes mental illness and substance use issues.

The art showcase is free to the public and will provide community members with the opportunity to view and purchase art from local young artists who have participated in To Be Honest’s semi-annual art contests. Artists use 2D, 3D and 4D mediums to express how they feel emotionally and mentally.

Join us for the kick-off event which is open to the public and will include light food and beverages, entertainment, the opportunity for youth to create art in real-time and short speeches from former art contest participants and David K. Mineta, Momentum’s President & CEO.
