
Learn how to support your friends, families, and neighbors by becoming certified in Mental Health First Aid. In this training, you will learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. This training is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.
This is a two-part training: a 2-hour, self-paced virtual training and a 4-hour in-person training. To receive certification, participants must complete the virtual training at least one week prior to the in-person training. The in-person training includes a break for participants to get lunch on their own.
